Job omschrijving
As a Generator Service Technician, you are responsible for the repairs and maintenance of our generators in the rental fleet, both at the workshop in Ostend and at our customers’ sites throughout Belgium.
Curious about your responsibilities?
- You will receive an overview of the scheduled maintenance tasks (oil changes, filter replacements, electrical checks)
- You ensure that our generators are in top technical condition and ready for use
- You plan your own route and determine the most efficient way to organize your day
- You perform urgent repairs in the event of breakdowns. A faulty starter? A malfunction in the control system? You’re the problem solver!
- You work independently, with support from our planners and the warehouse
- At the end of the day, you keep the paperwork in order
In short: a technical job with responsibility, variety, and autonomy.
Jouw profiel
- You have experience with maintenance and repairs on generators (or similar engines/electrical systems)
- You have a good understanding of electricity and engine control systems
- You can independently diagnose and resolve malfunctions
- You speak Dutch and/or English
- You are customer-friendly, flexible, and able to handle stress
- Working safely in accordance with VCA principles is second nature to you
- You have a Class B driver’s license
