Our employees are the foundation of Verhelst Group. Safety, well-being, and development are therefore central to our social approach. Working safely is not a formality but a shared responsibility on every construction site and location. Through training, safety initiatives, and our annual safety week, we continue to enhance knowledge and skills.
Also in the area outside our organization, we take responsibility. In consultation with the City of Ostend, we decided to build a bike path on our plot along our sites in Stationsstraat. In this way, we contribute to road safety and livability for both employees and local residents.
