1. WOLFF 6523 Clear Flat-top innovation for prefab and modular construction projects.

As the exclusive distributor of WOLFFKRAN in Belgium, Verhelst Machines presents the WOLFF 6523 Clear, an advanced flat-top tower crane in the 224 mt class with a lifting capacity of 12 tons. This crane stands out with an extendable jib up to 65 meters, a maximum tip load of 2.3 tons, and the innovative HiSPS system for sway-free lifting. The crane is designed with transport efficiency in mind and can be transported with a limited number of trucks. Thanks to its modular design and the ability to mount on a 2-meter mast, the WOLFF 6523 Clear is particularly suitable for projects with prefabricated elements and limited space.

2. WOLFF 8038 Clear, new top model for large prefab projects.

New in the range is the WOLFF 8038 Clear. The largest flat-top crane from the WOLFF portfolio, a member of the 560 mt class. This crane is designed for large-scale industrial and modular construction projects such as airports and data centers. With a maximum lifting capacity of 20 tons, a jib length of 80 meters (extendable to 85 meters) and a tip load of 3.8 tons at 80 meters, this crane combines the lifting power of a Hammerhead model with the assembly ease of a flat-top design. The lifting work performance can be reduced by up to 50% on construction sites where the full capacity is not needed. This reduces energy consumption and prevents unnecessary energy use. For operational precision, the WOLFF HiSPS system and preparation for an under-hook camera system are provided.

3. First Compact crane in the 900 tm class, the WOLFF 8095

The crane is available in two variants: the two-rope model WOLFF 8095.25, with a maximum lifting capacity of 25 tons and a tip load of 9.5 tons, and the switchable two- and four-rope model WOLFF 8095.40. The latter features a double, automatically connectable and separable trolley. In operation with 4 ropes, the crane can lift up to 40 tons with the double trolley and still achieve a tip load of 7.8 tons at a maximum jib of 80 meters. When a higher tip load is required, the trolley can be separated at the push of a button, without the crane operator having to climb the jib to perform this manually. In operation with 2 ropes and a single trolley, the WOLFF 8095.40 achieves a tip load of 9.4 tons.

The jib is modular in segments of 5 meters between 30 and 80 meters. Thanks to the compact tower head, the crane is not only stronger but also quicker to assemble. The WOLFF 8095 Compact combines flexibility, power, and safety in one crane and is ideally suited for high-rise construction, bridge construction, and prefab projects.

4. GEDA 3700 Z/ZP, Largest transport platform in the GEDA range

A fourth eye-catcher at Matexpo is the GEDA 3700 Z/ZP transport platform, the most powerful transport platform in GEDA's offering. This “two-in-one” system serves as a material hoist and personnel platform and is suitable for transporting heavy loads up to 3,700 kg or seven people. With a lifting height of up to 200 meters and speeds up to 36 m/min in material mode, this platform is ideal for large projects where efficiency and safety are paramount. Four different platform variants and two mast options provide maximum flexibility on-site. In addition, the lift is equipped with an electric entry flap and a precise and automatic start/stop system.

5. FMGru 1347, the new height-adjustable quick-assembly crane

Verhelst Machines presents in collaboration with FMGru the 1347 RBI. With a hook height of up to 36.5 meters and a jib length of 47 meters, it is the tallest crane in the RBI segment. The crane features a lifting capacity of 6,000 kg and 1,300 kg at the end of the jib. It provides full support for modern construction methods through integration of 4G connectivity and radio control with display. With its sustainable paint finish and possibility for customer-specific branding, the FMGru 1347 is not only a technical marvel, but also a visual business card on-site.

6. RedMule, placement of fast-assembly cranes on hard-to-reach construction sites

The RedMule is an advanced motorized transport cart specially developed for the transport of fast-assembly cranes on a demanding construction site. The machine is available in both a diesel version with a Stage V engine (without AdBlue) and a fully electric variant. Thanks to a patented proportional control system and a double lifting mechanism, RedMule guarantees maximum control on slopes, bumpy terrains, and in tight areas. The transport cart offers an impressive thrust of 20,000 Nm and can be safely operated remotely via a remote control with display. RedMule combines power, flexibility, and ease of use, making it an indispensable link in our internal logistics of modern construction sites.
