Today marks the start of the works at the Tielt Noord industrial site, where Verhelst Aannemingen will ensure an expansion of 38 hectares. We will be responsible for all the earthworks, sewage systems, road construction, and the surroundings of the new site.

The expansion will result in 38 hectares of new business space (marked in red).
With an eye on sustainability, four water retention basins will be constructed, along with the planting of 720 trees and a 100-meter street section with recycled concrete. Pollution with PFAS was detected on the site. We will excavate and transport the soil for processing.
The supply of recycled foundation materials such as mixed and concrete rubble comes partly from our own demolition projects in the area or from our sister company Top-Mix. They also provide the concrete products for this project.
The roadworks for this expansion started this morning and will continue until the end of 2025.
