Verhelst Aannemingen was responsible for the redevelopment of Duinbergenlaan in Knokke. In 2017, a first project was already carried out here, and now we have completed a complex renovation of the sewer network. Since the connection between the station and the dyke is right in the tourist zone, the biggest challenge was to keep the inconvenience for both residents and tourists as limited as possible. That is why the project was divided into different phases, with work halted during holiday periods. The sewerage under the tram tracks was even laid at night so that the tram could run again on Monday.
