Commissioned by Dal Engineering Group, we are contributing to an ambitious project at the CCB cement plant in Doornik. The aim of this project is to improve the sustainability of cement production by drastically reducing CO2 emissions. With a goal to reduce CO2 emissions per ton of cement equivalent by 39% by 2030 and to become completely carbon neutral by 2050, this is a crucial step towards a greener future.

For these tasks, there is a need for a solution that easily brings materials and people to a height of 100 meters. We have chosen to install a Geda 2500Z/ZP, which can lift a maximum of 7 people or 2500 kg of goods at a time. The lift ascends at a speed of 12 meters per minute for transporting people and 40 meters per minute for materials.
